At EnrollX, we aim to ensure satisfaction and clarity for every transaction. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms under which users and vendors can request cancellations or refunds for payments made on our platform.

1. General Policy
- All payments made on EnrollX are considered final.
- Refunds will be issued only under specific, valid circumstances, as outlined below.
- Cancellation or refund requests will be accepted only through official communication, either by email or through your EnrollX account.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
2.1 For Students/Users
Refunds may be issued if:
- Payment was made accidentally for a wrong course or vendor.
- Duplicate payment was made for the same service.
- The service/content was not delivered within 7 working days.
- Content delivered is completely inaccessible or technically faulty, and issue is not resolved within a reasonable time after reporting.
Refunds are not applicable if:
- You changed your mind after accessing the course/content.
- You failed to understand eligibility before purchasing.
- The course was partially accessed or downloaded.
2.2 For Vendors
Refunds to vendors will only be processed in the following cases:
- Razorpay payment gateway errors (e.g., payment failure, double charge).
- Settlement failures caused due to technical issues on our end or Razorpay's.
All such disputes must be reported within 7 days from the date of transaction.
2.3 Vendor Free Trial & Platform Fee Policy
All newly registered vendors on EnrollX are eligible for a 50-day free trial to explore and use the EnrollX platform and services.
During the free trial:
- Vendors are not required to pay any monthly or annual fee to use the platform.
- However, platform fees will be deducted on every successful transaction made between students and vendors (e.g., for courses, subscriptions, library access), as per the deal/percentage agreed upon between the vendor and EnrollX.
- EnrollX will deduct this platform fee using Razorpay Route during each payment settlement.
If the vendor cancels the trial within the 50-day period:
- They will receive a full refund of any advance payment made (if any) toward subscription or plan activation.
If the vendor continues using EnrollX beyond 50 days:
- The vendor will be considered a paid subscriber, and no refund will be issued for the 50-day period.
- Regular platform subscription fees (monthly/yearly) will be applicable as per the agreed pricing.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders for digital products (e.g., lecture videos, notes, access to classes) cannot be canceled once purchased, as they are delivered instantly or within a defined period.
- EnrollX reserves the right to cancel any order if it violates our platform policies or involves fraudulent activity.
4. Refund Process

Include the following in your request:
- Transaction ID
- Registered email and phone number
- Reason for refund
Refund Timeline:
- We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
5. No Cash Refunds
All refunds will be processed electronically to the original source of payment. No cash or manual transfer refunds will be made.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreements related to refunds or cancellations:
- EnrollX will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue amicably.
- If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to legal authorities, and final decisions will be governed by Indian law.
