β° 2. Delivery Timeline

- Digital products/services are delivered instantly upon successful payment.
- In rare cases (admin approval required), access may take up to 24β48 hours.
π’ For Vendors
a. Digital Access:
- Access to vendor dashboard and platform tools is granted within 1β2 business days after plan registration.
b. EnrollX Smart Attendance Machine:
- If your plan includes the Smart Attendance Machine, it will be shipped and installed by our team within 7 working days after registration and payment confirmation.
- The setup will be handled by the EnrollX technical team at the vendorβs location.
c. NFC Cards:
- Vendors can request NFC attendance cards as per their requirement (minimum order: 100 cards).
- Cards are processed and shipped in bulk only.
- Delivery takes up to 8 working days from the date of order and payment confirmation.
π 3. Mode of Delivery
- Digital Services: Delivered via your EnrollX account, email, or in-app/WhatsApp notifications.
- Physical Products:
- Machine and cards will be shipped via our logistics partners.
- Setup assistance for machines is provided on-site by our support team.
π 4. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors must:
- Provide accurate shipping address and contact details during registration.
- Ensure availability for machine setup on scheduled dates.
- Place NFC card orders in advance, keeping delivery time in mind.
