- EnrollX does not store card or bank account details.
- Users must ensure sufficient funds and valid payment methods before making a transaction.
- Vendors agree that EnrollX will deduct applicable platform fees before settlement.
6. Refund & Cancellation
Refund and cancellation terms are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, available separately on the website. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.
7. Communication
By signing up, you agree to receive:
- Transactional emails
- WhatsApp messages for updates/reminders
- In-app notifications
You may opt out of promotional communication at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform (videos, PDFs, branding) is owned by EnrollX or respective vendors.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without written permission.
9. Vendor Obligations
If you are a vendor on EnrollX:
- You are responsible for the accuracy and quality of the content you upload.
- You agree to comply with local regulations, including taxation (e.g., GST).
- You must not publish misleading or plagiarized content.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or permanently disable any account for policy violations.
- Modify or discontinue the platform or any part of it at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
EnrollX is not liable for:
- Losses resulting from technical issues, outages, or data breaches.
- Actions of third-party vendors or payment gateways.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Changes to Terms

13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh.
